All eight brands are manufactured at our facility in Baghola Industrial Area, Palwal, Haryana, under engineer supervision, with every batch tracked by density and specification. Manufactured in Palwal, India and supplied to Bangladesh with strong logistics.

Polyurethane foam line
German Hennecke continuous, high-pressure technology for acoustic foam and BassBloc®.
Extrusion machine
Produces SoundBlanket® mass loaded vinyl in consistent thickness and density.
Needle punching and thermoforming
Turns recycled PET fibre into dense Echsorbix® felt panels, then forms them into shapes.
CNC blade cutting
Precision cuts for foam profiles, Mirage grooves, baffles, clouds and custom felt shapes.
Wood CNC cutting machine
Machines SoundaXe® slats, fluted and perforated wooden acoustic panels.
In-house lab
Development and batch checking of density and specification before dispatch.

Raw materials are checked and handpicked by our executives, sourced from Korea, Germany and specialised suppliers in India, then blended for the best acoustic and soundproofing performance.
