The people who make our products are family to us. We support our workers and their families in the moments that matter most: the education of their children, weddings in the family and the everyday needs of running a household.
Seeing a worker’s child graduate, or helping a family celebrate a wedding, gives us more joy than any order we ship. It is the reason we come to work.
Women empowerment
Half of our strength is women
We believe in women empowerment, and it shows on our shop floor and in our offices. Women make up 50% of our team, working across production, quality, design and sales.
Every woman who builds a career with us makes our company, and her family, stronger.
Water
Rainwater harvesting at our Palwal plant
Our Palwal plant collects and stores rainwater. We use it to water our gardens, grow crops on site and for cleaning, so less fresh water is drawn from the ground.
Clean energy
Powered by the sun
A 50 kW solar power system across our head office and Palwal plant supplies a major share of the electricity we use, cutting our dependence on grid power and our carbon footprint.
Recycling
Waste turned into quieter spaces
We give used material a second life. Recycled PET bottles become Echsorbix® felt acoustic panels, recycled foam goes into BassBloc®, and recycled rubber components go into SoundBlanket®.
Every panel installed in an office, school or home is also material kept out of landfill.
Anti noise pollution
Quieter cities, healthier lives
Noise is pollution too. Our products keep industrial, commercial and entertainment noise from spilling into neighbourhoods, and make homes, schools and hospitals calmer places to live, learn and heal.
